IT Change Manager (ITIL) London In this new role as the Change Manager using ITIL Processes, Communication & Procedures, you'll be responsible for Change Management and Change Management Processes in a large and busy complex corporate environment, ensuring changes & releases of applications, services & infrastructure into the live production environment are risk minimised, controlled & communicated You'll be working with the stakeholders and lead change management activity across the business & manage the activities of the cross-functional change teams in delivery. This is a great opportunity where you'll not only lead & implement change initiatives related to business processes & technologies but also define and set up the change processes to do that. You'll chair the Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, develop project strategies & plans, including stakeholder, communications, leadership alignment, organisation transition, change readiness, service introduction, capability transfer, & end-user training.You'll be managing the delivery of an outstanding, consistent & reliable customer focussed IT service ensuring a responsive service to all customers delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction within agreed SLA's. Title: IT Change Manager (ITIL)Location: LondonDuration: Permanent Role.Start date: ASAP but client will wait for the right person.Salary: c£50,000 - ££57,000 pa plus benefits package. Clearly you will have experience as an IT Change Manager, using ITIL processes, gained in a corporate environment where there is extensive change so you'll be use to work in a fast paced change environment. You need good communication skills to articulate the challenges to the stakeholders and be able to negotiate with the business over the change and when needed able to stand your ground to stop change requests that are out of scope of the policy for Change Management. As an individual you can keep calm under pressure, thrive in working in a fast paced environment, challenging yourself to identify opportunities for service improvement. You get a buzz from providing the best service to customers, & being accountable for the accuracy your work If you have ITIL & Prince2 Foundation certification that is great but we still want to talk to you if not.
