One of REED's long standing City Centre clients is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Membership Administrator to work within the Administration office in Edinburgh on a 6 month temporary basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, organised and highly efficient individual to provide professional support to the Membership Application and IT throughout the building, and to the organisations staff around the world. There will be a diverse workload and extensive communication with a wide range of people both internal and external to the business.

A friendly and helpful manner is essential, combined with the ability to use his/her own initiative and judgement. The balance of this workload will fluctuate according to demands, and flexibility will be essential in this post.

The role will involve Application and IT Hardware support, management of a number of 3rd party suppliers, administrative duties as well as supporting Client committees with data analysis. There is also potential to support and development of social media and websites plus the creation of audio and visual content. The ideal candidate will be someone who exhibits an energetic, professional and thorough approach to their work.

Skills, Experience & Qualification Needed Core IT skills Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (including Advanced Excel)Crystal ReportsSQL query languageAdobe in Design, WordPress and Woo Commerce General Skills A general education to include 5 GCSE passes at Grade C or above (including Maths and English), or an equivalent educational qualification, or relevant experienceThe ability to create & maintain web pages and online media would be advantageous.Enthusiasm to learn and explore the use of a bespoke third-party application.Resolving routine IT equipment problemsAbility to write training and support material.Ability to manage a number of third-party suppliers - application and IT hardwareAbility to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, orally and in writingThorough knowledge of administrative procedures and processes used in a busy office within a large complex organisationAbility to effectively organise and prioritise own work and follow procedures in order to produce work to a high standard, to required deadlinesAnnual salary: £25,000 If you are interested then please apply immediately, or contact
