Mobile Developer London to £65k

Mobile Developer / Front End Developer (JavaScript React Native). Would you like to work on complex and interesting systems that provide daily challenges; collaborate with a friendly and upbeat team and improve your skills whilst enjoying a good work / life balance?

You could be working on a revolutionary new sports streaming / data platform to rival the likes of Sky and BT Sport within a collaborative, technology driven environment.

As a Mobile Developer you'll be designing and developing clear, concise, engaging Front Ends / GUIs for a new B2C product / mobile app for real-time sports streaming and highly graphical visualisation tools such as real-time scoreboards, all hosted in the Cloud (AWS) on a range of devices including iOS and Android mobile as well as Apple TV. You'll be using JavaScript, React and React Native within a technology driven environment.

The hugely scalable platform will be broadcasting 500,000 sports events globally on an annual basis; there are many technical challenges to tackle, you'll gain exposure to a wide range of technologies and will be encouraged to innovate and introduce new technologies as appropriate, continually striving to improve and remain at the cutting edge.

Requirements:

Strong object orientated Vanilla JavaScript skills

React experience, ideally React Native too although you can learn it on the job

HTML5 and CSS3, Compass / SaSS

Good eye for design ideally with some Responsive Design experience

Technologist with a passion for technology and staying up to date with the latest developments and trends, keen to work on truly revolutionary systems

Desirable: interest in sports, experience with video streaming technology, TypeScript, ES6, Redux, Flux, AWS, DevOps tooling
