A back round in 1st/2nd Line IT Support is desirable to provide both desk side and remote support for IT queries and to ensure items are managed effectively.Responsibilities:Ensure the process of logging all tickets is followedProvide fixes over the phoneImage computers; perform upgrades as necessaryProvide updates in IT MeetingsAssist in desk and office moves where necessaryIn order to be suitable for this role you should be detail orientated and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
