DB2 DBA required for a 12 month fixed term contract based in the Buckinghamshire area

The Role:

- DB2 DBA who will be responsible for managing the configuration, installation and maintenance of databases

- The Databases run on IBM Mainframe platforms, strong skills in automating tasks, an ability to identify areas for improvement, performance tuning, as well as significant experience in managing data across multiple datasharing environments is required

- Respond to alerts regarding availability, capacity or performance

- Perform Database tuning

This is a 12 month fixed term contract and is paying a competitive salary.
