Client DetailsBath based, not-for-profit company.DescriptionAnalyse data and reports to identify meaningful insight and present this intelligence to teams across business to improve performance Support the Performance and Insight Team in the preparation of the monthly performance pack and provide concise analysis on performance against agreed KPIs Support the Insights and Design Manager in providing analytical and facilitative support of Customer Journey Mapping and Customer Focus Group activities. Lead on the management, development and ongoing administration of the performance dashboard system Support allocated areas of the business on performance target setting and forecasting process by analysing historical trends, documenting and disseminating this information as a base to start discussions across the business Conduct regular quality assurance tests of performance information to provide assurance that the information reported is accurate Support benchmarking activities across all key areas of the business Work as a part of the team to ensure the ongoing development and maintenance of the customer insights model including our SMS Text Survey Process and perceptions survey Produce timely and accurate reports analysing the results of the colleague engagement survey Develop strong working relationships with all teams to ensure that changes in strategic and operational needs are understood and can be supported with high quality analysis. Take an active role in supporting the wider team where necessary to deliver team objectives and goals. Profile Evidence demonstrable experience of analysing data and the ability to work with large volumes of structured and unstructured data, identifying intelligence and trends. Illustrate strong attention to detail, good fact finding skills and ability to make evaluative judgements based on both quantitative and qualitative information. Demonstrate understanding and knowledge of operational data and customer feedback and how it can be used to improve performance Demonstrate the ability to be customer focused and driven to influence improvements in customer experience. Evidence strong communication and presentation skills Evidence experience of developing highly effective partnerships with other teams. Demonstrate the ability to manage a varied and demanding workload, and to prioritise effectively Demonstrate the ability to deliver work in a timely way Demonstrate the importance of confidentiality in relation to the handling of sensitive business and customer information by acting appropriately at all times Job OfferSalary + Benefits
