Cluster Security Lead (Active SC Clearance Preferred) - 12 Months - PrestonMy client are currently on the lookout for an experienced Security Architect/Lead, for a project based in Preston on an initial 12-month contract. The client can offer a competitive daily rate, and the role is full time on site.Required Skill: Understanding the overall security architecture and identifying implications for the components of the account cluster clients and any new clientsExperience of Security Architecture consultancyExperience of leading a team of Junior Security AnalystsUnderstanding the UK Government security principles and their implications, including ISO requirements, Cyber Security and Cloud Infrastructure.CLAS Consultant (or equivalent) Nice to have skills: Up to date awareness of the implications of legislated requirements that impact security for the client's government services.Ability to advise on GDPR.Project description: Our client are contracted to deliver a range of Application Development and Application Maintenance services as well as DevOps and Infrastructure services for new and existing applications for multiple UK central government accounts, including a 10-year contract with a government organisation for business facilitating and core business systems, as well as contracts with numerous other large organisations.Our client provides UK and Global Delivery Services using a combined team of circa 400 people.Client Information:Our client is one of the world's largest IT and consulting services company, spanning across the globe and providing a range of services all over the world.
