Can interview ASAP.DescriptionData Administrator 6 month FTC - Exchange, Active DirectoryThe organisation are undergoing a major migration to a new system and in this role you will be responsible for:Managing the transfer of data from current system to new systemLead implementation of new electronic shared files structure, ensuring that access control groups and security permissions are configured correctly and in line with organisation policyEngage with Data Owners to ensure effective data migration plans are established and a timetable agreed by all partiesSmall project on shared email systems (shared mail boxes and distribution lists) - configure these to support the new structureProvide general IT support to staff as requiredProfileThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange, in particular the administration of users, mailboxes and groupsWorking knowledge of electronic file systems, including the ability to analyse and change file and folder permissionsStrong computer literacy skills, including MS OfficeAble to work proactively with minimal supervisionJob OfferData Administrator 6 month FTC - Exchange, Active DirectoryFull-time role as a Data Administrator for a 6 month fixed term contract.Flexible working patternAnnual leave of 15 days for the duration of the contractAccess to civil service pension scheme for the duration of the contractManchester city centre
