As the Digital Support Analyst, you will be providing full support for all the digital products which includes reporting, prioritising, analysing and resolving faults to resolution. In order to be suitable for this role you should be detail orientated and highly organised. Possess a problem-solving attitude for tackling a diverse range of challenges and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A strong focus on continued personal development, and someone who can learn new applications and technologies is also required.
