Role Overview

We are looking for an Administrator to join our team on a three month contract. You will be working within one of the manufacturing cells, providing administration support across the business unit. The role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of the business unit. The role of an Administrator is diverse and needs to be flexible in order to meet the evolving requirements of the business.

Key Skills RequiredTimecard management for a large team - ensuring all timecards are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.Booking and organisation of technical training for the large operator team - ensuring training for all operators is in date and valid.Arranging assessment Centres and organising new starter training - ensuring PPE and IT access is organised prior to new starters joining the team.Organising and maintaining meeting rooms and associated calendars ensuring the rooms are always kept to a high professional standard.Raising IT/Facilities requests for building/facility/machine maintenance and issues.
