IT Support Manager Deeside £275-325 per day
My client based in Deeside is searching for an IT Support/Systems Manager based in Deeside for an initial month contract with the possibility of becoming permanent if interested.
Role Profile To support growth, my client requires an experienced IT Manager to support company wide. Providing help to end-users with requests and problems alongside assisting with the day to day support.
Key Responsibilities - Ensuring the helpdesk is kept up to date, and manage the system on a day to day basis - To help maintain the SQL Database using VBScript - Provide additional help to IT staff as and when required - Provide support for SharePoint, Windows 10 and Office 365 - Help facilitate end user's IT requirements - Support for general hardware (laptops, PCs, Servers, printers etc.) - Act as administrator for systems such as end user backup system, asset inventory, auditing etc
Skill and Experience
- Have knowledge of ITIL best practices - Good working knowledge of network connectivity for example TCPIP/VPN/VLANs - Good project management experience - Capacity to prioritise and flexibility are essential - Ability to work well under pressure and hit deadlines
- Experience of Windows server 2012, Hyper-V, Cisco Meraki, Microsoft Access and mimecast - Microsoft Azure experience - Microsoft 365 qualification
