GDPR Business Analyst

Location: Canada SquareWe are actively looking to secure a GDPR Business Analyst to join Experis.Experis Consultancy is a Global entity with a well-established team with over 1000 consultants on assignment across 20 clients globally. We form part of the Manpower group of companies that turn over $20 billion a year collectively.Description:Our Client is looking for a Business Analyst who has excellent Knowledge and experience of working with GDPR requirements. This individual will liase with technology leads and business users to extract information on the flow of personal data and capture key components of the flow including source of data, transmission through the business and to and from third parties.The Business Analyst will be a key member of the GDPR Phase 2 project team to map data and applications across the business:Support the Cyber Security technology Risk (CSTR) function in mapping applications and data flows.Support the Privacy Office (PO) in mapping personal data flows and uploading the process flows into the new enterprise privacy tool.Responsibilities:To liaise with technology leads and business users to extract information on the flow of personal data.To capture key component of the flow including source of data, transmission through the business and to and from third parties.To document that information in a standard format.To respond and support any queries which are raised in relation to the flow of personal data.Essential Skills:You will be working on a GDPR Project. Understanding of privacy and data protection principles would be highly beneficialHave a proven track record of working with technology teams and business users.Experience of Data Flow Diagrams and business requirementsHave a proven track record of project delivery.Ability to perform the tasks asked and prioritisation of tasks when needed.Understanding of business operation understanding related to operational working practices.Strong communicator (verbal and written).Be a confident user of spreadsheets/word processing/drawing and mapping /planning software.If you have the above skills, please submit your profile in the first instance
