Senior Network Engineer

Spring Technology are currently recruiting for a new and exciting opportunity within a high profile, market leading provider of IT infrastructure services. We are looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineer who will join a close knit IS Networking team within Hatfield

The Role

As a Senior Network Engineer within the Information Systems function you will work internally delivering, managing and maintaining systems that support the business including the IT Infrastructure and core applications

The Responsibilities

*Support the Enterprise Network including network routing, switching, Cisco, Security and Unified Communications

*Provide proactive and reactive network support and management

*Resolve any network incidents via conducting root cause analysis

*Ensure issues are resolved within SLA's and increase first time fix rate

The Requirements

*Strong experience within an enterprise network environment

*Proven experience of resolving incidents and conducting root cause analysis

*Technical skills covering Cisco technologies (routers, switches, LAN/WAN, Voice technologies)

*CCNP or above desirable

*Exposure to Cisco ACI/IWAN and SD WAN advantageous
