A leading Investment Bank are looking for a Talent Development Manager, for London paying up to £70k and 4 days a week.Summary: Deliver sustainable and holistic talent management, learning and diversity initiatives for the branch in support of branch and global business objectivesKey Responsibilities Responsible for translating business strategy and needs into best in class talent solutions for the branch, delivery of these solutions to support current and future talent needs of the branch. This will include responsibility for bringing together the expertise of the broader talent functions, shared services support and technology.Champion cultural change and develop strong internal and external networks to share good practice and market information.Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence stakeholders at a senior level are essential. Work closely with HR Business Partners and Business Line leads to identify training needs, design and deliver the core curriculum for the branch, and facilitate business line specific programmes and initiatives identifiedWork closely with HR Business Partners to support a Career Framework and Career Development opportunities.Work closely with HO Talent team to co-ordinate and deliver the HO talent development initiatives in the branchMaintain close contact with regional counterparts within CACIB and externally to understand and deliver best practice solutions for the branchIdentify, lead and manage the delivery of the D&I initiatives in the branchPresent HR Learning information and status updates on D&I initiatives to branch and HR leadership Teams.Coach business leaders to equip them with the skills and behaviours to lead their teams and optimize resultsDeliver in house training and coaching as needs be, either directly or with internal expertsIdentify (via RFP), negotiate fees and manage external suppliers to deliver the learning propositions in an effective and cost efficient way. Ongoing review of suppliers to ensure high standards are maintained and client group needs are metEnsure the relevant intranet pages are updated and LMS fit for purposeFacilitate eLearning updates from course owners with the team in Paris/FCAM and review progress/initiativesActively participate and contribute to Global Talent initiativesResponsible for the branch Learning & Development budgetBe the main point of contact in HR with the internal communications teamManage the L&D support staffPrepare and socialize the annual training calendarEnsure MI on Learning, Talent Development, D & I are maintainedEnsure employee training records are kept up to date (facilitate the uploading of data from external providers)Work with Communications to ensure key messages are delivered and the learning profile is enhancedEnsure appropriate recording mechanisms are in place for the branch to track events/budget and spend so that reporting can be produced and training actively monitored.SPECIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS:Experience with external professional qualification bodies, CFA, CIPD.The ideal candidate will be qualified to degree level or equivalent, including a relevant professional qualification, i.e. CIPD Experience of parent matrix organization would be an advantage.Proven experience in facilitating and delivering trainingBusiness acumen and analytical skills to build outstanding talent solutions.Leadership, managing teams cross cultural locations advantageous.Strong coaching and facilitation skillsStrong personal influence and relationship building skills to drive change and collaborate with global team. High pace and resilience to adapt to growing business needs and expanding priorities.Advanced level Power Bi, PowerPoint and Excel data analysis skills, i.e. with pivot tables, a plus.LMS administration experience required.Fluency in English essential and French would be an advantage
