I'm working exclusively with a well-established law firm in Bristol as they continue to grow the IT function following investment from the wider business.Client DetailsThey are looking to recruit 3rd Line Engineer, this will be a brand new position created as part of the companies continued successful and investment back into the IT function.DescriptionThe main focus of the role will be to provide escalated technical support to internal employees across multiple UK sites; maximising systems availability and delivering Infrastructure related project work.Technical skills required:Windows Server 2012-2016Exchange/Office 365VMWare virtualisationHigh availability and disaster recoveryVLANS and WifiDell Servers and SANsProfileExtensive technical support experience, including experience of providing 3rd level support within a corporate environment (professional services desirable).Experience providing a key aprt in project delivery as well as BAU supportThe ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audienceStrong customer service skills Technical skills required:Windows Server 2012-2016Exchange/Office 365VMWare virtualisationHigh availability and disaster recoveryVLANS and WifiDell Servers and SANsJob Offer£40,000-£50,000 + additional benefits
