Marketing Operations Manager (£35,000 - £40,000) - West LondonI am currently working with a well established Marketing Agency that are looking to bolster their Marketing Automation practice by bringing in an experienced Marketing Operations Manager for their team. As a Marketing Operations Manager you will be heavily involved in taking ownership of the technical and strategic operations relating to Marketing Automation platforms like Marketo and HubSpot.A key aspect of your role as a Marketing Operations Manager will be driving the organisations marketing campaigns, having a key focus on the optimisation and execution. You will also be involved in the reporting back on the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns utilising your analytical skill set on a daily basis. Also you will be setting up multiple lead scoring models and data segmentation's to help manage the automation processes. You will play a pivotal role between the Marketing Automation Consulting team and Content Marketing team, helping out by meeting important clients and stakeholders to gather key business requirements.Key Skills:Strong knowledge of Marketo or HubSpot for setting up Marketing Automation campaignsKey stakeholder management experienceExtensive experience with setting up lead scoring models and data segmentation'sGathering key business requirementsNurture programs and customer journeysKnowledge of ABM may be ideal but not essentialThe organisation itself are an ambitious Marketing Agency that are currently going through a large amount of growth due to a rise upcoming projects.
