Due to continual growth and market dominance they require an Applications Engineer to join the company.In this position you will attend client sites across the UK and sometimes parts of Europe where you will train customers how to efficiently use the machinery and advise them how to optimise their programs to minimise cycle time. You will also provide cycle time analysis, tooling and machine setting advice along with helping the clients get the most from their supporting software packages.This is an excellent chance to work in a technically challenging position, where you can further progress your career in a leading business operating at the forefront of their industry.The Role:

* Attend customer sites across the UK, Ireland and parts of Europe

* Advise customers on ways of optimising their CNC machine cycle times

* Provide assistance with tooling and machine setting

* Visit customers and provide CNC machine trainingThe Person:

* Experience with turning machines

* Ability to program and prepare tooling lists for multi axis lathes

* Experience working with ISO controls (Fanuc, Mitsubishi)

* Knowledge of CAM software
