Project Manager- MUST HAVE GOVERNMENT SC CLEARANCE/INSIDE IR35/MUST HAVE ACCOMMODATION MOVE/OFFICE MOVE EXPERIENCEOur client based in Central London are recruiting for an experienced 'Accommodation move' Senior Project Manager to provide the drive, knowledge and know-how to work with the Facilities, Legal, HR and IT as well as key external stakeholders to drive forward their Accommodation Project.MUST HAVE SC CLEARANCE/INSIDE IR35/MUST HAVE ACCOMMODATION MOVE/OFFICE MOVE/RE-LOCATION EXPERIENCEThe ideal candidate will have a proactive and collaborative approach and be able to gain consensus between senior staff and key external stakeholders. To do this they must be credible internally and externally when working in our clients business domain and be able to communicate effectively. They will also be able to evidence a structured approach to their work and have a strong track record of delivering high profile business changes.This role reports to the Programme Manager within the Business Delivery.The role will involve:Working closely with senior stakeholders on the Accommodation project, to ensure the project is kept to schedule ensuring that the necessary work is delivered to facilitate timely and effective business decisions.Co-ordinating and managing the work of other teams in particular Facilities, Legal, HR and ITManaging the project deliverables, as well as the project plan, risks and issues to successful deliveryThey will know and follow good practice methods and be able to navigate through the work quickly and effectively to tight timescales. Good communications skills, a pro-active "can-do" and flexible approach are also essential for this role.ExperienceA proven track record in delivering Accommodation projects, understanding the complexities of an Accommodation move, including all workstreams, Facilities, IT, Legal and HR. Senior stakeholder management including experience of facilitating meetings involving senior stakeholdersAnalysing and implementing business critical changesProject management experience ideally using structured methodologies and managing multiple work streamsKnowledgeGood practice project management (e.g. Prince2)Good practice change management (e.g. ITIL)Awareness of the Software Development LifecycleKnowledge of the financial markets industry and its associated infrastructure is highly desirableKnowledge of how to manage project and operational risks is also highly desirableSkillsStrong inter-personal skills with a collaborative approach and an ability to communicate effectively at all levelsHighly structured, organised and meticulous approach to work, with strong analytical skills and a determined approach with an eye for detail.Proactive, hands-on approach, self-starter that is able to take the initiativeFlexible and adaptable e.g. to smaller working environments Ability to multi-task and balance this with the ability to consistently deliver on timeStrong self-motivationGood team player & mentor
