Using your industry expertise to provide a high quality configurable solutions, which meets the client's expectations to maximise the benefits that the company's products can offer.

You'll work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication channels are developed and maintained.

You will engage with the Product Owner and wider product development teams to ensure that observed issues, which may lead to client dissatisfaction, are correctly prioritised and ensure that Digital resources are employed correctly both internally and externally.

Providing product and industry domain expertise to clients and colleagues to ensure delivery of high quality solutions in alignment with client expectations.

Investigate, extract and articulate new business requirements, turning them into high quality user stories which facilities optimal development, testing and support.

Consult with the Product Owner, Professional Services Support Manager and clients to clarify and refine existing business requirements captured as part of the ongoing product development roadmap.

Be the subject matter expert during the software development sprint cycle for any solution decisions, employing your range of Business Analyst skills and domain knowledge.

Working with your client, colleagues and 3rd party project teams to configure and implement a solution, enabling clients to realise the benefits identified in the project business case.

Continuously engage with the development and quality assurance team to ensure that new features are delivered adhering to the desired acceptance criteria

Helping to manage allocated projects, employing company project management methodology to manage risks, costs, quality, and client satisfaction.

Adherence to the documented agile development framework and work with management to continually improve the agile process to ensure maximum efficiency within the development process.

ProfileGraduate or equivalent knowledge with a minimum of 5 years working experience in the delivery software solutions, preferably in the artwork and reprographics services market.

Minimum of 3 years direct client facing experience, ideally within the artwork and reprographics market, servicing a retail or FMCG Brand environment.

Technical understanding of the architecture, infrastructure, and supporting services associated with the delivery of multi-tenanted cloud based SaaS solutions.

Experienced in the management and delivery of change, able to instil confidence in clients to help them complete the journey.

Detailed understanding of the full software product lifecycle delivery.

Attention to detail, with a structured approach to problem solving, business process analysis, and requirements capture.

Comfortable with the production and manipulation of documentation user requirements
