Product Design Engineer (Plastics/Injection Moulding)£28,000 - £33,0000 + Pension + Private Healthcare + Multiple Company Benefits Commutable from, Halesowen, Dudley, Solihull, Coventry, Birmingham, Nuneaton, Tamworth, Wolverhampton.Are you Designer Engineer with a background in plastics or injection moulding looking to join a global manufacturer, where you will be at the centre of producing innovative new product ideas and fulfilling them from concept to design?On offer is the chance to be involved in the design of a new product line which will be used in households across the UK. You will have the opportunity to design a range of consumer products and develop the idea from concept to manufacture.The company has been established for over 60 years and testament to their quality and innovation now trades and manufactures on a global scale. The company aims to increase their product range over the next five years and maintain their position within the growing market through investment and training of their staff.This role would suit a Design Engineer with ambition to join a large company and have their designs recognised on major UK retailer shelves.The Role:Design and create new products for design approval.Testing and development of products.Conduct analysis of products to review and improve design process. The Person:Proven product design experience including a portfolio of evidence.Experience with 3D CAD software.Looking to join a global brand.Experience with plastic and consumer products is desirable.
