This is a great opportunity to grow and further your career in a business that continues to gain market share through organic growth and acquisition to become one of the top three providers of tools and services within their sector.As a UI Designer, your duties will be to:Work alongside the UX and development teams; taking ideas from concept through to prototypes and deliveryImmerse yourself in the user research and product data to inform your design decisions, ensuring the "eye of the user" is representedCreate elegant design solutions that simplify complexity and support the delivery of products that are easy to useCollaborate with the tech and product teams to solve critical problems via a range of design solutionsKeep up to date with the latest trends in UI and tech and maintain a set of company brand design guidelines, best practice and standards To be a successful UI Designer you will have the following skills and experience:
Previous experience of working as a UI/UX DesignerHands-on and who has worked within a fast-paced, high growth tech businessPortfolio of work - examples of work carried out on B2B SaaS products would be idealCreative and has a good eye for great designCollaborative and with excellent interpersonal skills - a team player You will be welcomed into a warm and friendly environment with no egos. In return, the UI Designer will receive a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum plus an excellent benefits package.
