We are now searching for a talented Senior C# Developer with extensive knowledge with Multithreading. This is a FO Trading application role (Pricing & Risk) for a 6 month assignment +. Rate: Up to £700per day PAYE.Essential Must haves:Absolute Musts:o Strong multi-threaded dev experience - recent & substantial.o Good understanding of .NET inner workingso A recent experience in C# is a must (coming from Java/C++ could work but they'd have to be very strong in regards to the first two points here)o SQL FluencyNice to haveo GUI programming: winforms ideally but wpf is also fineo Experience with different financial productsThe Details are: An experienced software developer is needed for a primarily C# role. Familiarity with C++ a must. Basic understanding of interest rate derivatives needed.You will work on extending Orchestrade's out-of-the-box solution to use the bank's own pricers and support some of the more complex custom OTC products for which vendor support may be limited. List of expected deliverables / results : - integration of new products as they are migrated from legacy systems (inflation products, cross-asset products, etc) - integration of new financial reports and measures as they are delivered by the quant team - occasional GUI development when specific custom screens are required Background- The team is responsible of designing, implementing and supporting the information system & technical infrastructure .
