The User Access Verification Team are part of Cyber Security within CIO. The team runs a series of processes to ensure user access is fit for purpose and compliant with Lloyds Banking Group policies. We have two distinct accountabilities; Access Recertification Service and Toxic Combinations Management.

Access Recertification Service ensures all high risk applications alongside all IT platforms within the bank are recertified with privileged access and reviewed on a quarterly basis. Non-privileged access is also reviewed on a bi annual basis.

The Toxic Combinations function is responsible for the end-to-end Toxic Combinations process at Lloyds. A Toxic combination is defined as a situation where a user has a combination of entitlements/access on the system (or combination of systems), that gives them the ability to perform tasks that should never be controlled by a single user. The team is responsible for identifying those combinations the service generates reports of colleague exceptions for the respective business teams to review and remediate.

The purpose of the role is to help drive the operational delivery of key recertification services. You'll provide technical advice; completing day to day tasks to ensure compliance against policy. You'll also provide technical expertise and convey a sound understanding of identity and access management principles.

Additionally you'll:

Support the team leads to co-ordinate and effectively manage daily operational team activities to ensure a smooth and effective running of the recertification service.

Mentor and train junior team members with technical activities and business engagement activities.

Be proactive to see opportunities and deliver process improvements.

Key Accountabilities

Support the team lead to deliver a smooth running recertification service.

Support the training and guidance of operations team members across all areas of recertification.

Ensure the delivery of operational activities are performed to schedule and comply to Bank Security Standards.

Lead operational teamwork across wider Identity Services functions and with key business areas.

Ensure full audit-ability of recertification operations for SOX, ITEC and LSAD process compliance.

Identify and own the remediation of all operational issues and implementation of service improvements.

Provide technical advice in the Toxic Combination Team completing day to day tasks to ensure compliance against policy.

Identify process improvements in the Toxic combinations arena.

Identify opportunities for automation and driving efficiencies.

Assisting with project management for the end-end Toxic Combination process

What we'll need from you:

This role requires strong analytical and stakeholder management skills as the role holder will be part of the Cyber Security Operations team that handles recertification of colleague access.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivots, VBA/macros), coding experience desirable (Java, SQL).

An understanding of the tools we use (e.g. ServiceNow, Workday, Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint) would be useful and experience working with waterfall and agile project life cycles is desirable.

This role is operational and involves a diverse range of applications and platforms spanning across a multitude of business environments. The successful applicant will enjoy a flexible working arrangement but equally may on occasion be expected to work some unsociable hours and weekends e.g. during peak workloads or to assist the team through periods of change.
