Senior Cloud Native DevOps EngineerSalary- Up to £65,000

Location: Peterborough (staff parking available)

Job Type: Permanent

I have been approached to support recruit for this critical role to join my clients IT leadership team.

The Company:

My client is a well-known, trusted Technology Solutions provider and have remained ahead of its game by continuously evolving and progressing both its systems and its talent over the past couple of decades.The Person:

* The right candidate will have a strong understanding and experience of DevOps practices for Cloud deployments of in house developed solutions and worked closely with development teams.

* You will demonstrate high proficiency of technologies/services associated with any of the following Cloud vendors: AWS, Azure, and Google and security & authorisation proficiency (e.g. SSH, OAUTH and REST).

* Ability to review and contribute to architectural requirements and produce high quality designs and associated diagrams, blueprints and standards for Cloud deployments is essential.

* You will be able carry out provisioning and configuration of Cloud architectures via Terraform or the like, perform systematic performance troubleshooting, upgrades, migrations and performance optimisations.

* You will may be required to lead project teams, lead customer meetings and project status calls and act a trusted advisor to team members and customersYou will need to demonstrate proven experience of working with:* Analyse logically and resolve problems

* Experience in Orchestration, Containerisation, CI/CD Pipelines, Automation, Config Mgmt.

* Experience in automated deployment and configuration of systems in a Cloud infrastructure

* Ability to work under pressure, as part of a development / Agile team
