PMO Analyst - 6 month contract - Public Sector and Government - MerseysideThe client is ooking to identify an exceptional PMO Analyst to support a wider organisational transformation in an emerging change environment. This will include assuring and supporting the delivery of change and IT/Digitally enabled projects. Client DetailsThe client is a UK government agency based in Bootle.DescriptionPMO Analayst - Public Sector and Government - Bootle Key duties will be planning and tracking project resources, activities & milestones, ensuring that project boards, governance gateways and product sign-offs are met, and managing risks, assumptions, issues and dependenciesCoordinating the Management Information (MI) and Reporting to independently report on the status of the programmeEnsuring an accurate view of programme timelines, critical tasks and dependencies is maintainedIdentifying and monitoring programme risks (threats and opportunities) and escalating as appropriateEnsure that project documentation is completed to a high quality, and is timely and appropriateSupporting PMO on resource management, business case submission and governance as requiredSupporting the development and implementation of the Project Management Methodology with defined standards, documentation and Gate Lifecycle requirementsSupport the administration of the governance for the Gate Lifecycle for all projects and programmesSupport the post implementation reviews on completed projects, to analyse how resources were used and to support the refinement of estimating processes ProfilePMO Analyst - 6 month contract - Public Sector and Government - Merseyside PMO ExperienceSome previous experience of working in a change driven environment.Experience of using Microsoft Project and/or Project OnlineAbility to apply a logical and analytical approach to workExperience in implementing new ways of workingExperience with working with multitude of stakeholdersExcellent oral and written skillsFormal project management qualificationMicrosoft Office to a high standard and be able to spearhead working smarter with modern technologiesWorking within a complex or public sector environment, particularly one that adheres to Government Digital Service Standards Job Offer6 month contract - Public Sector and Government - MerseysideAttractive day rate availableLocated in Bootle
