Software Support Analyst

Based in Carlisle, and working as part of the IT Team, the role is to support the Company systems and supporting applications.Duties include learning business processes, providing end-user support, software testing and implementation, problem resolution, and assisting with the ongoing development of the system.Ideally, candidates should have experience in some of the following areas (training will be provided as necessary):

'€¢Providing end user support (1st - 2nd Line Service desk / Helpdesk)'€¢Using reporting tools.'€¢Software testing, implementation and analysis.'€¢Working with database structures.'€¢Creating requirement specifications in both technical and user friendly language.'€¢Hands on software troubleshooting experience.'€¢System interfaces / messaging.'€¢Working with external software suppliers.'€¢Business process analysis.
