Who we are:
Nutmeg is Europe's leading Digital Wealth Manager, but we don't want to stop there! We're continuing to build our platform to help us achieve our mission of being the most trusted Digital Wealth Manager in the world.
Job in a nutshell:
At Nutmeg we recently migrated our customer service tech stack to Salesforce and are in the process of moving our marketing platform as well. We are looking for a Salesforce Admin to come and be the key lead on all the platforms.
You will be working across a cross functional team including Customer Service, Marketing, Product & Engineering to manage Salesforce day-to-day but more importantly continue to develop and enhance the platform for our users and customers. On a daily basis you will be part of a multi-disciplinary agile scrum team (engineers and a product manager) working with business teams understanding their pain points / needs, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, automate customer journeys and drive greater NPS for the team. Your role will be to gather requirements from our business stakeholders, design improved processes/journeys and then implement them in Salesforce.
