Job in a nutshell:

At Nutmeg we recently migrated our customer service tech stack to Salesforce and are in the process of moving our marketing platform as well. We are looking for a Salesforce Admin to come and be the key lead on all the platforms.

You will be working across a cross functional team including Customer Service, Marketing, Product & Engineering to manage Salesforce day-to-day but more importantly continue to develop and enhance the platform for our users and customers. This Salesforce Administrator role is more than just a traditional Salesforce Admin role as you will be working heavily with product and engineering to develop the platform further to meet the needs of Customer Service, Marketing and our customers.

On a daily basis you will be part of a multi-disciplinary agile scrum team (engineers and a product manager) working with business teams understanding their pain points / needs, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, automate customer journeys and drive greater NPS for the team. Your role will be to gather requirements from our business stakeholders, design improved processes/journeys and then implement them in Salesforce.

Your skills:

Experience as a Salesforce.com administrator - certified is a plus

Service Cloud (Lightning platform) and Marketing Cloud experience is a must

Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption

Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity

Strong data management abilities

Assist in training of new users and grow the Salesforce.com skills set across the organisation

A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion

A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements

A constant curiosity to explore new opportunities through the Salesforce platform to meet the objectives of Nutmeg

You might also have:

Experience with Interaction Studio (omni-channel personalisation)

Experience in integrating 3rd party / non-SFDC applications

Salesforce development experience with VisualForce and/or Apex
