Dynamics CRM Senior Business Analyst, Preston - Enterprise Level Digital Transformation, Greenfield Project, Local Government Pension Scheme, Flexible Working, 42 Days Holiday

My Client are a large institution in the education sector that are about to embark a huge internal digital transformation in which all faculties that are not applicant managed are going to be upgraded to Dynamics CRM (365 CE) in order to match the continuous growth of the organisation. New large centres/hubs are being built on the campus and these will also be managed by Dynamics CRM meaning there will be a variety of exciting projects in within different aspects of this digital transformation needing hands-on development.As the Lead Business Analyst you will be working closely with the development team, senior members and other teams in the organisation to provide your significant specialist skills in high-level business analysis. You will be hands-on in the analysis entire project process from design to implementation phase.As well as this you will be;Gathering requirements by liaising with senior members of the businessIdentifying and advocating the contribution that Dynamics CRM can make to business objectivesProduce detailed high quality business specificationDriving the business forward in terms of technologyProviding leadership and training to the other B/A'sLine ManagementHolding user workshops/training Essential Significant experience working as a B/AExperience leading projects with Dynamics CRMOrganisational skills, able to meet deadlinesExcellent management and leadership skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsDesirable Experience working with other ERP platformsCustomisation/configuration experienceMicrosoft Certifications - Company does provide training and accreditation'sExperience working in education sector We are shortlisting now so take lead and play an integral part to this exciting enterprise level greenfield project by sending your CV to [email protected] or call me on 0191 814 7748 in complete confidence ASAP.
