The preferred start date of the fixed-term contract is end of January 2020.Your primary role as the IT Support Analyst would involve providing outstanding Technical support to their team; Manage the delivery of the IT Support function to ensure calls are dealt within SLA and assist the IT Network Manager with projects and network maintenance.The ideal applicant will be self-motivated, flexible, a team player and have excellent communication skills. You will be required to use your own initiative and deal with all IT queries in a friendly and professional manner to employees at all levels. You must be analytical with good problem solving skills and have the ability to work under pressure.
