Role description:
Our Clients HCM Consultants are involved in the delivery of large end to end SAP implementations, Successfactors implementations as well as significant Enhancements and support. Field consultants are also expected to work supporting our existing customers whilst not on Project work.
Our Consultants use their expertise and skills in design, development, integration, testing and deployment to help our clients achieve their objectives.
As a key member of the HCM Team the SF/EC Consultant will ensure design and realisation of functional solutions are fit for purpose and delivered against stated business requirements
The Consultant will assess available technologies, and recommend solution options according to the customer's activities and requirements. You will be expected to collaborate with customers, other consultants and core stakeholders to understand user requirements.
HCM Consultants may serve as team leads and must be able to work independently on client site.
Key Tasks:
Ability to perform the role of HCM lead on large SAP and/or Successfactors Implementations including the facilitation of workshops and requirement gathering sessions
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the Customer and the clients organisations
Design and implement Best Practice HCM solutions appropriate to Customer requirements and standards
Keep up to date with SAP, Successfactors and wider HCM technologies and developments
Delivery of complex solutions across a variety of different industry sectors
Can prepare specifications, estimates and solution documentation to support work completed
Develop familiarity with clients operations and foster and maintain good relationships with customers and colleagues to meet expected customer service levels
Is aware of commercial arrangements with a client and contributes to these as appropriate
Contribute to the continuous improvement within the HCM Team
Any other reasonable duty or request
Desired skills & experience:
SuccessFactors - Ideally certified already in at least 2 of the core SF modules including Employee Central plus one of, but not limited to; Recruitment Management/Marketing, Learning Management Workforce analytics, Succession and Development, Onboarding, Performance and Goals and Compensation
Integration from SF to SAP On Premise systems
SuccessFactors Advanced Reporting
Deployment Experience of implementing SF roll outs including workbook definition, build, deploy and roll out activities
It is desired but not essential to have experience of SAP Personnel Management/Organisation Management
