International Organisation require a Business Intelligence specialist to deliver and develop global data initiatives and projects, allowing accurate and intelligent reporting of business performance. Working with senior stakeholders internationally you will have ownership of product, customer, industry and other sales related data to deliver enhanced insight and analytics. Working with senior stakeholders internationally you will have ownership of product, customer, industry and other sales related data to deliver enhanced insight and analytics. Key Responsibilities Supports and consults the business to deliver collaborative data projects, generating insights that support business growth. Generates and owns Monthly, Quarterly, Annual and Ad Hoc reporting to meet business needs. Covering Business Sales, Product, Industry and other metrics Leads the ongoing development of all reporting packs provided functionally. Evolving how data is visualised (Power BI) / used Owns metrics and reports for the broader business, designing and steering these with relevant business owners. Delivery of system data improvement exercises (SQL, Power BI, PowerQuery, PowerApps, IBM Planning Analytics). Capturing feedback from teams to implement system improvements and new technologies. Delegated BI Line management responsibilities (Possible). Review Quality of data and reports the team generates Provide training on Power BI to key members of the BI community. Collaborates with senior people in business development/sales to support the adoption of BI systems and tools. Ensures BI tools and system continue to provide the business with the data required. Support relationships with external agencies for the provision of key services Key Skills Bachelor's Degree in Business, Financial, Mathematical or related field. Communicates in a clear and structured way, supporting fact-based information. Collaborates with users to deliver the best solutions, in both technical and business teams. Understanding of business intelligence tools, technologies, techniques and frameworks. Advanced analytic skills, including generation of reports by leveraging appropriate tools and platforms (SQL, Power BI, PowerQuery, PowerApps, IBM Planning Analytics). Strong communication skills, able to design explain complex reports dashboards and database concepts, explaining rules and assumption behind data sources. Owns all activities, able learn and develop their skills and knowledge. Inquisitive, creative and showing high levels of initiative Delivering, supporting and growing the use of global BI systems/tools. ProfileBachelor's Degree in Business, Financial, Mathematical or related field. Communicates in a clear and structured way, supporting fact-based information.
