Fresh off the back of a record year, they have massively expanded their list of clients hence they are looking for an extra head on their support desk.The unique offering of this role is the emphasis on the consultative qualities of the role, they are looking for someone who can build relationships with their clients longer term as opposed to just burning through tickets.
