An Opportunity for a Top-Level Linux Engineer within a growing Technology Company supporting the Financial Sector.

The company based in the heart of the City is looking for a high-level Linux Engineer to join their growing Infrastructure team to support growth and a technological transition. My client is equipping itself for their next stage of growth utilising modern technologies to transform their environment that can meet the scalability, management and performance for the future. The role will see you working in a fast paced though open environment were your thoughts and opinions matter. My client is not like most Financial companies, they are very open to understand your ideas and how that can help with the vision of the company. They are looking for leading engineers in the field of Linux.
My client is undergoing a technological transition where my client is updating their existing infrastructure and prepare it for the next stage of growth. Call it modernisation, evolution and my client is looking for someone to drive this changing environment.
As a proficient Linux Engineer you will be part of the infrastructure team that will be focusing on continuously improving end to end resiliency, scalability, visibility and supportability of their trading systems.

Key Skills:
Strong Linux backgroundProven track record designing and building large Linux environments.Accomplished team leader with effective management styles.A drive for simplification and automation - Proficient Python skills is required.Extensive experience with Virtualisation VMWare, Docker etcGood Knowledge of modern tooling and techniques.Willing to take ownership and responsibility.A proven history of continuous technical growth throughout your career.Please contact me, Lewis Tang at IC Resources to understand more about the role.
