Interview Date: Tuesday 18 February 2020 We have an opportunity for an Application Support & Development Specialist to join our Applications team within IT Services. You will be a self-motivated individual who will play a key role in the development, innovation, enhancement, design and operational support of corporate business and learning applications. Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system would be advantageous. You will also ensure existing systems are running optimally, relevant system patches and upgrades are implemented successfully as required as well as the ongoing development of the environment in line with defined application roadmaps. You should have demonstrable IT experience, strong client facing skills as well as the ability to plan, prioritise and organise multiple streams of work with a focus on the achievement of customer satisfaction.  You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to deliver change in collaboration with business owners and stakeholders with a focus on continuous improvement particularly around the student experience.
