System Support Analyst

I am currently assisting a client working within the healthcare sector who requires a System Support Officer to assist the team with TPP SystmOne templates and other similar developments on behalf of the trust.

This role will mainly offer day-to-day support to clinicians and support staff using key IM+T systems, including configuration/set up, training and application support and to be part of the continued Trust EPR improvement and implementation programme.

The main focus of the post-holder will be to effectively respond to client / organisational needs in response to system configuration changes and embedding changes throughout divisional services. The post holder will work alongside the IM+T Systems Optimisation Facilitators.

The role will also assist during the clinical system migration from RiO to SystmOne, any experience of the following job duties is what we ideally are looking for;

- System Tweaks; assisting with minor tweaks to clinical systems which clinical staff have requested.

- Access rights; Ensuring the right access is given to the correct clinicians.

- Password resets within RiO/SystmOne

- Amending/Tweaking Templates

- Provide system support, training and advice to end users

- Assisting with policies relating to RiO/SystmOne

- Provide configuration and clinical tool development as per identified clinical need and in response to Divisional work streamsA full clean driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle is essential due to visiting trust sites across Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland.If interested, please apply or send an updated CV
