A well-known Semiconductor company with a multitude of development teams internationally, is looking for a seasoned Analog IC Designer with leadership experience to technically lead a team of Analog IC Designers in the development of high-performance integrated audio devices from concept to mass production. The role is based in Switzerland.Your responsibilities will include the design advanced Analog Mixed Signal IC's using state-of-the art EDA tools, technical leadership of R&D in collaboration with test, product engineering, process development, and other departments. You will drive complex root cause analysis´ of design and process issues, define DFT and DFM strategy, drive innovation and IP creation and contribute to the technology roadmap. In your leadership responsibility you will also mentor junior engineers as well as supervise layout and validation engineers. To be considered as a candidate for this position you have the following skills in addition to an industry degree in electronics engineering:Around 10 years of strong experience in Analog Mixed Signal IC Design and systems design in a high-volume manufacturing environment with proven technical leadership experience. You should have a structured working style and good organisational skill and be a strong team player. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English are essential.
