As a principal position, you will be responsible for leaderships with clients in data science, using advanced statistical algorithms and machine learning.

Role & ResponsibilitiesLeading the development of machine learning and AI based solutions using Python and RAssessing requirements from clients and designing solutions to solve their business problems based on data science, analytics and business process design Advising clients on different approaches to creating business solutions through application of data analysis and technologyEngaging in the end-to-end life cycle of projects with clientsMentoring junior data scientists in the team on technical skills and consultingDeveloping prototypes of solutions and delivering CRP sessions

Skills & QualificationsExtensive commercial experience in data science, in the design and development of business solutions for clientsHands-on experience of statistical algorithms and machine learning techniquesSolid understanding of structured and unstructured data analysis, AI, and natural language processingCommercial knowledge of R or Python librariesAbility to lead teams on the design and development of models in data scienceBenefitsUp to 10% bonus based on utilisation25 days holiday + Bank Holidays (ability to buy more)Health insuranceTravel expenses covered outside of regular commute
