Lead Full Stack Developer / Software Engineer (Python Django REST API DevOps). Would you like to take a senior role where you can make a real impact, work with the latest technology and progress your career to a Head of Engineering position?

As a Lead Full Stack Developer at this successful software house you will design and develop bespoke web based systems for one of the core products that provides TV streaming products / applications to a range of broadcasters and media providers.

You will head up a team of approximately six engineers and partner with the CTO to plan strategy, define and architect projects. You will also be working directly with clients to ensure requirements are understood; produce prototypes and proof of concepts to drive future product development and on-board new clients. You'll ensure that code quality is of the highest standard, easily transferable amongst the team and peer reviewed; providing technical guidance, estimations on project delivery, leadership and mentoring to help your team develop.

You'll be based in a fashionable area of London with plenty going on, cool modern offices with casual dress code and the latest kit.

Requirements:

Team / technical leadership experience

Strong Python development experience, ideally including Django

Experience with REST APIs

Good working knowledge of front end web technologies

Familiar with microservices and DevOps environments

Collaborative with excellent communication skills
