Our client is looking for a 1st Line IT Support Engineer to assist our customers with technical queries and projects. They role will provide IT support to their business customers and act as a point of escalation for first line issues/helpdesk.The engineer will ensure that incidents are resolved in a timely manner in-line with SLAs and proactively help to resolve tickets. The engineer will assist with projects on an ad-hoc basis. The right candidate will have proven work experience in an IT support role in 1st line role or above and have strong planning and problem-solving abilities with ability to work well under pressure. You will have a strong customer focus with an excellent telephone manner.Experience of some of the following: Windows Server R2, 2012 R2 and 2016, Windows 7 and 10, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, email security products, Hyper-V or Dell, HP and Lenovo server, hardware, desktops, notebooks. and Mac They hosted VoIP telephony, WiFi, mobile phones, BYOD, intelligent visual aids, conferencing, CCTV and door entry so any experience of this is a plus.
