Spring Technology's client, an exciting and financially wealthy tech start up in Edinburgh, are currently looking to recruit a talented and experienced Scrum Master who is ideally from a fintech or technology background to join their fast growing team.

The client are developing financial payments platforms to be used to increase payment security in an online, face to face and peer to peer basis. This has been massively successful over the past couple of years and they have recently gone live with a couple of global clients processing millions of transactions per day.

With a relaxed but hard-working start up environment you will be working with highly capable colleagues who are likely minded and work with a pioneering attitude.

This isn't your standard Scrum Master role this is your chance to showcase your skills in a fantastic setup of a business that is enjoying excellent success with huge prospects projected over the coming months and years. You will be responsible for pulling the Developers/ Testers / B.A's etc together as one so we are looking somebody with a strong confidence in their ability to listen to opinions and collaborate with the different teams in an effective manner. Scrum Master requirements:

* Payments experience

* Multiple transaction environment

* Technical background i.e Product Owner, Technical Business Analyst

* Strong Agile experience
