Business Analyst - CRM Implementation - circa£35,000 + Excellent Bonus + Benefits - 6-12 month FTC

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our client's friendly team.

You will:

.Design and document 'as-is' and 'to-be' requirements, business processes and solution designs for assigned development and change activity

.Work with business stakeholders and other Analysts

.Work closely with Developers, Testers and 3rd parties

.Lead technical decisions needed and communicate to stakeholders

.Form solution design and estimate as part of planning activity

You will need:

.Prior experience as a Business Analyst working between the business and IT

.Stakeholder management experience in solution design, requirements analysis in a complex environment

.Experience working with CRM solutions would be advantageous
