Consultant eLearning vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:Several years of work experience in instructional or graphic designGood command of Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline or other authoring toolsTalented in the usage of Dreamweaver, Illustrator and PhotoshopSkillset including the ability to write effective copy, instructional text as well as audio and video scriptsKnow-how of adult learning theories and instructional design models plus expertise in working with video software such as PremiereLanguages: English, fluent in written and spokenYour tasks:Preparing and creating challenging activities and exciting course contentCooperating with subject matter specialist to identify training needs of certain audience groupsVisualising and producing instructional graphics, user interfaces and the end productProviding and creating supporting material and media such as audio, simulations, videos, role plays or gamesAnalysing and testing of E-learning courses paired with documenting the project process and course folders Start: 03/2020
