Spring Technology is currently looking for an experienced Business Improvement Consultant. This is a 4 month contract based in Cardiff.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience required

Knowledge Required

*Good understanding of Lean business improvement activities

*Good grasp of financial services market dynamics, political, regulatory and economic issues affecting the sector - especially involving pensions and protection products

*Good understanding of DC Pensions customer, product and distribution landscape and its commercial drivers

*Good understanding of the regulatory & legislative context within which DC Pensions operates

*Good understanding of DC Pensions customer and policy systems and processes

*Some understanding of project management techniques and disciplines.

Experience Required

*Experience of delivering varied business improvement interventions and projects

*Experience in leading projects involving technical process and system elements

Qualifications

*Lean/Six Sigma and Project Management qualifications would be desirable
