A Project Co-Ordinator is required for our client in Corsham for an initial 12 month contract ROLE DESCRIPTION:Accountable to the relevant Project Manager Developing; maintaining and documenting appropriate plans and controls for the project in line with the change lifecycleEnsuring the appropriate governance disciplines are observedReviewing project and supplier documentation and plans to highlight any issues that may compromise deliveryFacilitating resolution of project issues and mitigation of project risksMaintaining project documentationMaking a constructive contribution to project management processesProduce project documentationManage issues; risks; dependencies; assumption and other controlsArrange; prepare materials; facilitate; chair and document meetingsMonitor and report on progressManage project resources including staff; contractors and spendAssure suppliers plans; project controls and progress reportsManage QA processesDemonstrate learning achieved on the project Track record of successful delivery in an equivalent role with equivalent level of responsibility in complex IT application projects. EXPERIENCE:Project Management and Administration capabilityCore project management methodologies and principles (specifically APM or Prince 2 Qualified)Experience of using Microsoft Project (EPM) to create and manage project schedules.Experience of supporting complex procurement projects.Experience of supporting Government Investment Approvals.Experience of Identifying & Managing Risks, Issues & OpportunitiesExperience of Identifying & Managing Assumptions & DependenciesStakeholder ManagementExperience of ISS projects, processes, systems or servicesFamiliarity with Key ICT documentationIntroduction of Services into 'Live'Knowledge of industry standard methods and toolsExperience of working successfully with IT supplier staff and representatives from business teams to delivery new systemsExperience of working successfully in large; complex organisations. DESIRABLE:Experience working with Defence customersExperience across Defence JSPs, including specifically, JSP604SC clearance ideal
