Salesforce Delivery Manager - Leeds - Up to £80,000 A Platinum Salesforce partner based in Leeds is looking for a Salesforce Delivery Manager to join their team and play a key role in driving engagements. The Company-Platinum Salesforce partner based in Leeds working with high profile clients in the Northern region-Working with strong Salesforce teams to deliver projects on time and to budget Key ResponsibilitiesLiaising with stakeholders to establish the needs of clients, as well as managing their expectations and setting agreed objectivesManaging a team to deliver complex Salesforce projects on time and to budget, motivating and influencing team members to be accountable and achieve successTaking responsibility for the people and defining project objectives and deliverables across the full lifecycle - delivering to targeted cost, timescale, and quality parametersIdentifying potential risks and developing solutions to manage them Key RequirementsProject Management experience on the Salesforce PlatformDeep understanding of Salesforce and its capabilitiesExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologiesAbility to negotiate for project delivery successExperience of Project planning, Issue, risk and change managementDemonstrated experience of delivering projects to budget, on time, and at qualityExperience of coaching, developing and managing teams of at least 15 to 20 peopleStrong communication skills with proven stakeholder managementExperience securing new projects - contributing to proposals, creating propositions, and presenting these to clients Interviews are taking place throughout next week, so please apply now and we will schedule a call to discuss the role in more detail!
