Role ResponsibilitiesWorking collaboratively throughout projects, building relationships with business stakeholders.Development, test and business readiness teams to ensure smooth implementation.Operational design, process mapping, requirements gathering and working with technical teams to define the solution.Work with 3rd parties to understand and implement their solution.Management of our IT service partners and being the internal advocate for IT.Line management of a Platform Coordinator who is responsible for the administration of our online trading platforms and controller of product data across all systems and Sage 200.Producing a range of reports including Customer, Supplier and Internal trading for stakeholders across the business utilising our existing report tools and also utilising SQL database skills where applicable.Experience and SkillsProject management experienceAdvanced Excel experienceMicrosoft BI SQL experience - desirableBasic IT technical skills and experience in 1st or 2nd Line support - desirablePRINCE2 or equivalent - desirableBenefits£28,000 to £35,00 dependant on experienceProfit related pay bonus20 days holiday
