An excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Engineer with a Mechanical background looking to step off the tools at a leading and rapidly expanding company who can offer you specialist training and the chance to progress to management.Are you an Engineer with a strong mechanical background who is looking to come off the tools? Would you like to step in to a sales based roles?Established for over 30 years, this leading company specialise in the manufacture and distribution of engineered components throughout the UK & Ireland for use in a variety of industries. Due to a busy year and the acquirement of a number of high profile suppliers, they are going through a period of rapid expansion and are now looking to add a Sales Engineer to growing team.In this role you will be predominantly based in the Ipswich office, building strong relationships with new and existing customers in order to increase sales orders for the company. You will also use your engineering knowledge to provide technical support and advice to pre-existing customers.
