Senior Business Analyst / Agile BA (Change Programme CRM ERP). One of the UKs leading children's charities is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a six month contract at their Central London offices.

Reporting to the Programme Manager you will help deliver an organisation wide change programme within technology. As a Senior Business Analyst you will be the key interface between the business and the change programme. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to analyse requirements including functional, non-functional and operational requirements; generate business requirements documentation (e.g. customer journeys, requirements specifications, user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria); facilitate meetings and workshops and provide tracking and visibility of the programme.


  • You're a senior Business Analyst / BA with professional experience including requirements gathering, impact analysis, gap analysis, workshop facilitation, process mapping, business process re-engineering, requirements definition and user story writing
  • Experience of working with Agile teams and processes across the full project lifecycle
  • Effective stakeholder management; able to identify, develop and manage relationships with stakeholders throughout the business, with the ability to challenge stakeholders where appropriate
  • Experience of backlog management, user stories and acceptance criteria development, able to write concise user stories for technical teams for both functional and non-functional requirements
  • Proficient with full Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Visio (or similar tool)
