Head of ConstructionHead of Construction | Essex | Facades The Head of Construction role is with a market leading facade and drylining specialist who have been delivering specialist building finishes for more than 25 years. They have gained a wealth of experience working across all major market sectors for industry leading main contractors and developers - delivering packages between £2m - £25 on iconic projects across the Capital. Reporting to the business owners, this is a position at the forefront of the business, where you will be driving forward growth. You will also oversee the Construction department, involved in refreshing the teams and reviewing their construction processes & procedures. Requirements for this Head of Construction role:Must have extensive knowledge of the façade sector (any drylining experience would also be advantageous)Must have delivered similar types of facades packages (values between £2m - £25m)Previous experience working as a Senior ManagerMust be able to liaise with stakeholders at all levelsMust be willing to travel, sites will be located across LondonHave a highly advanced level of understanding of site planning, programming schemes out in detail.Solid background in lead Site Management and Blue-Collar teams with strong people management skills IT literate and able to adapt to new technologies Minimum HNC level qualification.
