Job Title: User Researcher
Location: Liverpool
Contract: 12 Months Potentially - Initially 3 Months (Inside of IR35)
The client is looking for an experienced User Researcher to join their Liverpool based team to work closely with projects, business teams, developers and solution specialists and will thrive working openly, collaboratively and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Required Skills:
*Experience of supporting services through GDS assessments
*Skills with a range of prototyping tools and technologies
*Past experience of web development or content design
*Experience driving UX change, gaining buy in and commitment to new ways of working.
*Experience defining and documenting ways of working and team policies and then putting these into practice.
*Previous experience of user research studies, and an understanding of the pros/cons and value of different research approaches and methods.
Desirable Skills:
*Previous experience within government services.
*Experience working within a complex, ideally regulatory, environment.
*An understanding of GDS principles and experience of the GDS service assessment process.
